“Single Vineyard”

Viejo C.P.

Palo Cortado.

Single Vineyard.

Between two

great wines.

Variety: 100% Palomino Fino.
Alc. Vol.: 20º
Average age: over 20 years.

Palo Cortado Viejo CP comes from a selection of casks from the youngest Criaderas of Inocente and Tío Diego, two icons of Valdespino’s Single Vineyard Premium collection. It is fortified to 17º and then used to refresh the youngest criadera of this Palo Cortado, thus beginning a long oxidative ageing phase which takes over 20 years. Since this wine is developed from Inocente and Tío Diego, its traditional production process begins with the harvest by hand of the grapes grown in Macharnudo Alto, the most emblematic vineyard in Jerez and one of the best worldwide. Palo Cortado Viejo CP is an extraordinarily unique Single Vineyard wine.

Don Gonzalo

Oloroso.

Eloquence with a name.

Variety: 100% Palomino Fino.
Alc. Vol.: 21º
Average age: over 20 years.

Don Gonzalo is a very old, dry Oloroso from Pago Carrascal, obtained from the oldest soleras of Valdespino set up at the end of the 19th century. Don Gonzalo’s hallmarks are its great eloquence and persistent complexity.

Solera 1842

Medium Sweet

Oloroso Blend.

Centuries of authenticity.

Variety: Palomino Fino and Pedro Ximénez.
Alc. Vol.: 21º
Average age: over 20 years.

The soleras of Valdespino’s oldest wines were established at the end of the 19th century and Oloroso Solera 1842 is named after the date on which the solera was first set up. Produced with grapes from Pago Carrascal, this wine is slightly sweetened with a touch of Pedro Ximénez, resulting in a unique blend which is long aged to become a genuine and harmonious wine.
